ALE the attendant that helped me out was very nice and great service. I asked her for some wipes and air fresheners she didn’t not hesitate. Everything was done with a smile and gratitude. 5 out 5 will recommend just because of the customer service. All in all the facility is a great!

Great customer service at Zoom Express Car Wash! Maria V was very attentive and professional throughout my visit. She made sure everything went smoothly and provided excellent service. I’m very satisfied and happy with this car wash—my car came out looking great. Highly recommend!

Dereeck was amazing!! He explained the promos to me, gave my fur baby a treat and checked on me after I went through the car wash since it was my first time! Loved how this place didn’t just have a vacuum, but a compressed air duster which leveled up how clean I was able to make everything!! Loved the rubber mat cleaning sink station too!!

Excellent experience at Zoom Express Car Wash (Colonial). The prices are amazing and they always leave my car super clean. It’s a very convenient place with everything you need: vacuums, cleaning sprays, window cleaners, interior products, and areas to wash and scrub rubber mats and carpets with soap and water. Everything is well organized and easy to use. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shout-out to Nicole she is always super attentive, professional, and makes the whole experience even better. I definitely recommend this place 100%. One of the best car washes around!

I want to start off by saying I was impressed by the greeting and customer service, Jimmy and the manager were awesome, ever since my car wash sold to Le car wash, I have been in search, I live out towards Christmas, and it was worth the drive, my husband and I'll be going to this location moving forward. If you have light bars, big tires, or a wrap, I have decals, this is your place!!! Thank you both.

It was my first time at Zoom Express, and Maria made it awesome! She was super friendly, took the time to explain all the membership details, and left my car sparkling. I felt really welcomed and happy with the service. Totally recommend her!

I had a really great experience at Zoom Express Car Wash. The whole process was quick and very well organized, and the facility is always clean and easy to use. My car came out looking spotless and shiny, which I really appreciate. I also want to highlight the excellent customer service from Miss Paz. She was very friendly, professional, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s always nice when someone takes the time to help customers and make them feel welcome. Overall, this is a great place if you want a fast, high-quality car wash with great customer service. I definitely recommend it.

This car wash on the east side of Orlando is the best! I always take my law enforcement vehicle here for its weekly cleaning, and they always take great care of it. The customer service is also top-notch. I’ll continue to bring my vehicles here because they always leave them looking amazing. Thanks Zoom Express!

I just moved to Orlando in search of a car wash to frequent. I absolutely LOVED my experience. The gentleman with curly hair (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) greeted me and offered me their special they were running as well as a wipe to clean my dashboard and an air freshener. I opted out for the time being just because I haven’t been there yet. I got a basic wash, it included vacuums with amazing suction and complementary towels to dry your car. The area was clean and I was in and out! I will def be back to purchase a membership!
